多省制定职工福利标准
Provinces establish employee welfarestandards
据报道，目前至少15个省份制定了职工具体福利标准。对于逢年过节慰问品的发放，江苏、天津、安徽、山东、福建、广西等地规定，每位会员全年所有节日慰问合计总额不得超过1000元，而慰问形式主要是实物。
It is reported thatat least 15 provinces established the specific welfare standards for employeesat present. Regarding of granting festival gifts for care and concern, it isstipulated in Jiangsu, Tianjin, Anhui, Shandong, Fujian, Guangxi and otherprovinces that the total amount of all festival gifts for each member is notallowed to exceed RMB1,000 in a year, and the gift form is mainly in kind.
